We make children strong
The non-profit beneficence „Culture for children“ stands for the enduring consolidation as well as an effective sponsoring of children and teenagers with the help of art and procurement of culture.
Our unique aim is to give children a voice and advise the publicity of their interests and needs.
We give children the possibility of developing their selves, getting to know their own qualities and expressing their ideas.
Example:
Marie (15 years old)! The family (mother recently became widow) is coached by a social worker. Marie likes painting, likes drawing, is very busy and greedy for knowledge.
Her social worker underlines that this medium is a very important possibility of expression for her. Therefore, it is absolutely important for her having a permanent contact point for the next years. We will pay the monthly fees for the school of arts.
We don’t think that our sponsors and facilitators are only financiers or contributors. They are partners with whom we are able to develop unique aims which offer a additional benefit and give the possibility of different role playing.
Involved enterprises we would like to offer more impetuses for their own processes of development.

Wir tragen in uns die außerordentliche Begabung und Möglichkeit, positiv in dieser Welt zu wirken und erleben durch kreativen Austausch, natürliche Freude.
Ziel ist: die Freude in uns erleben zu lassen, spielerisch neues Wissen/ Techniken zu erlernen, Talente zu entdecken, Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln im toleranten Umgang des viel gesichtigen Seins und ein freundliches Miteinander zu finden. Durch die Projekte, die filmisch/ fotografisch, oder modellierend, modellhaft die Ideen widerspiegeln, nehmen die Kinder/ Jugendlichen an dem realen Schöpfungsprozess teil und erkennen sich in ihrem Selbstausdruck wieder. Das befähigt zum Lernen, selbstbewusst im Kontext zu denken und eigene Ideen konstruktiv um zu setzen. Meist fehlt es nur an der Hilfe des technischen Umsetzens und des Wissens über die Vielfältigkeit der Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten. Hier setzen wir an. Die schöpferische Kreativität wird am Potenzial der Hingabe und Ihrer erfolgreichen Realisierung, im menschlichem Miteinander und Transparenz gemessen.

We empower children! We are an initiative for the education of kids and teens. They are the future of our society!
Who we are and what we do:
The aim of the trust is to provide a secure financial basis for the work of our association, KRASS e.V. It is the executive team of KRASS e.V. and all the other volunteers who do the work for the children.
We help kids and teens do develop a healthy self-esteem, learn about their strengths and find ways to express themselves.
We support them through art for a positive future. (? We believe that learning about art and being creative helps children to build a positive future for themselves)
We give grants to financially disadvantaged children or gifted children, run our KinderKunstHaus, a special house where children can come and take part in arts and crafts classes, we run workshops where we link art with natural science, we create art studios for children and mobile studios, we run art projects in schools, we sponsor schools for children with special needs and we give our knowledge to partners in other cities and other countries.

KRASS at Otavi Minerals!
[Translate to Englisch:] Im Werk der Firma S & B, Otavi fand bei strahlendem Wetter der europaweit2 einheitlichen Rohstofftag European Minerals Day statt.
Für die Unterhaltung der zahlreichen Kinder sorgte eine Künstlerin des KRASS e.V., der Kinderinitiative für kulturelle Bildung. Ines gestaltete mit den Kindern Bilder und Objekte u.a. unter Verwendung von Rohstoffen. Das Ergebnis waren wundervolle Kunstwerke,von denen einige zukünftig in den Räumen von S & B, Otavi in Neuss zu sehen sind.
